All insurance plans are accepted and filed through our office for you, whether we are considered In- or Out-of-Network.  Listed on this page are some of the insurance companies we are In-Network Providers for. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesitate to call us. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

We accept cash, checks and the following credit cards as forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

We accept P.I.P., Uninsured Motorist and MEDPAY insurance and attorney Letters of Protection (LOP's).

We do NOT accept third-party, i.e. the "other person's",  insurance unless you have an attorney and they provide us with a Letter of Protection (LOP).

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
